PERSONNEL CHANGES

The Personnel Department is pleased to advise that we have a new
"Personnel Clerk I' (replacing Judy McManus). Her name is Cathy Traer.
Cathy is the Personnel Receptionist who handles counter enquiries.
Also, if you require information about Student Assistants or Non-
Teaching Advertising, Cathy would be the person to speak to.

BOOK BUDGET

The book budget has been greatly affected by a reduction in the library's
funds and by soaring book prices. In practicai terms, we can now afford
to order materials at a rate of less than one-third of our previous
practice. The library is asking, therefore, that you place orders only
for outstanding items of direct relevance to the curriculum. In most
cases, only one copy can be ordered. The highest priority must he

given to materials for new programs/courses and to materials filling

' gaps in the collection.
