Congratulations to Terry Leonard, Purchasing
Manager, on receiving his Diploma from the
Purchasing Management Association of Canada.

The diploma is the highest educational
achievement recognized by the Association
and, as such, is highly regarded across

Services Restructuring

As of August 1, 1983, the existing English
as a Second Language discipline will be
transferred to Student Services and Develop-
mental Education Department. Also to be
transferred to this department is the Lake-
side Learning Project, as of October 31.

On behalf of the Community Programs and Ser-
_|vices Division, I would like to wish the
members of these two groups continuing suc-
cess. Their participation and expertise
will be missed by this division.
