At least ten years professional experience, five years
or more of which must have been in the design of tech-
nical and preferably also of management instructional
curricula. An international experience therein will

be an added asset. Experience in primary and/or se-
condary education will be considered of little value

in the evaluation of requirements for this post.

' Language competence: spoken and written fluency in

English and a second languarge is required. The second
language must be one of the following in order of
decreasing importance: French, Spanish, Arabic.
Additional languages will be decided assets.
