Pamela was born in Newcastle-on-Tyne, Eng- land on July 20, 1945. Art studies at sev- eral noted academies in Europe (Hornsey College of Art-London, Atelier 17-Paris, Academy Julian-Paris, Academy Des Beaux Arts-Brussels, afforded Pamela a first hand , involvement with the creation and disciples of turn-of-the-century artists. Technical Aid Fair Douglas College is hosting the provincial Adult Special Education Conference on March 3 and 4. One of the activities during the conference is a Technical Aid Fair, where companies and organizations will be display- ing a variety of technical aids designed to assist disabled people in educational, work and community settings. All staff, faculty and students are invited to attend this part of the conference.
