All facility bookings to non-profit community groups shall be on a cost- recovery basis, taking into account heating, lighting, cleaning, technical staffing, and any other costs which might be incurred. An application to rent College facilities will be filled out. This sheet will reference to type of group, type of event, date(s) and time(s), number of people, etc. The group will then be advised of the fee structure, the designated fee and whether or not a damage deposit will be charged. 2. Disputes or difficulties over policies or priorities will, on the advice of the Site Manager, be referred to the Management Cammittee for resolution. 3. Accident insurance is the personal responsibility of every person using College property or College facilities. The college carries liability insurance to idemnify it against the negligence of its employees. Thus, the College is | only liable when the claimant has proven: a) that he/she has suffered damage or injury while lawfully on College property, an invitee, and b) that the damage or injury was the direct result of negligence on the part of the College employee. 5.
