The Atlas of Vancouver
Project needs historical details
describing the landscape of the
city, such as the location of old
trails, logging camps, logging
roads, early roads, streams,
swamps, lakes, vegetation and
animal life. Perhaps you can
remember your grandparents’
description of how your neigh-
bourhood originally looked, or
you may recall an old skid road
from your childhood. These
details are tremendously helpful if
they are precise enough to be
mapped. If you have any informa-
tion and you would like to assist
