Box 2503 New Westminster, B.C. V3L 5B2 Dear Bill: November 1, 1989 As you are no doubt aware the recent Cabinet shuffle means that I will be moving on from my present responsibilities as Minister of Advanced Education and Job Training and Minister of Science and Technology. With your help we have accomplished a great deal on behalf of the citizens of British Columbia. I want to take this opportunity to personally thank you for you dedica- tion and assistance during my term as Minister. My successor is fortunate to receive such a good team of people to work with and will indeed be very well served. British Columbia’s future has never looked brighter, and it is in no small measure due to the tremendous work being done by yourself and all the people at Douglas College. I look forward to maintaining and building upon this positive relation- ship as I assume my new responsibilities as Minister of Regional and Economic Development. Yours sincerely, Stanley B.
