2. Know the nature of the first aid problem.

3. Location of the first aid problem.

4. Never leave anyone in the First Aid Room unattended.

 

WELCOME BACK DOTTIE!

A warm welcome back to Dottie Rundles. She will be back
this fall to teach CJP 200 (Career and Job Preparation) for
Adults with Hearing Impairments. Dottie will be located in
Room 2790 C (Student Services Centre) and can be reached
at local 2792.

HELEN (COOPER) SMITH BURSARY FUND

Donations for the Helen (Cooper) Smith Bursary Fund are
still being accepted. The bursary will be awarded to the
student in the C.C.W. Program on the basis of scholastic
standing, citizenship and financial need. Please send your
donations to Carol Leyland and make cheques payable to the
“Helen (Cooper) Smith Bursary Fund”.

keep photocopies of claims submitted to North American
Life.

Before submitting a claim, it would be advisable to make a
photocopy for your records.

BUILDING AIR CIRCULATION

In order to obtain the most effective use of the air circulation
system in CLASSROOMS we would like to remind faculty
members of the following conditions.

|. The air circulation system was designed to function best
"WITH CLASSROOM DOORS CLOSED’. Open doors are
counter productive to the system.

2. The switch with decal “switch on for air conditioning”
must be on to a activate the air circulation system.

When film and overhead projectors are being used, it would
be desirable to leave on the special bank of lights.

The staff on page 5 have been delegated to take department
complaints.

KEYING POLICY

Individuals signing out keys must present their College
identification prior to receiving their key.

Faculty/staff if you leave the College or change offices you
MUST SIGN KEY BACK TO PHYSICAL PLANT FOR RE-
ASSIGNMENT.

Requests for additional keys must come by memo to Physical
Plant 4800 offer it has been approved by your DIRECTOR
OR CHAIRPERSON.

RENEWAL OF SEMESTER PARKING PASSES

September | si, 1986 winter semester parking passes have to
be renewed.

Make your cheque for $48.00 payable to Imperial Parking Inc.
and drop it off at the parking office located on P| Parkade.

If itis the first time you have applied for a pass please come to
Physical Plant 4800 with proper I.D. and either Terry Leonard
or Fran Berg will sign your application. If you are a student
please bring your copy of your registration form and current
student card.

There is a $10.00 deposit for the card that is refundable when
you turn it in.
