Gift of Appreciation

 

Tom Whalley, an English as a Second Language (ESL) instructor at Douglas College, receives a gift

of appreciation at the November 21 College Board meeting for his work on behalf of the International
Education Committee at St. Andrews University (Momoyama Gabuine Kaigaku) in Osaka, Japan..
Making the presentation is College president Bill Day, who recently returned from a study trip to
Japan and Hong Kong on behalf of the Douglas College Centre for International Education.
