OBJECTIVE H:5

To prepare an annual Summary of Progress.

H:5:1 - To develop an annual report that displays the objectives
and progress made towards these objectives.

OBJECT IVE H:6

To make the Annual Report, planning documents, budgets, and
reports available to the general public.

H:6:1 - Detailed reports will be available to the general public
through the College library.

H:6:2 -— Summary reports will be released to key public and
PEP veee organizations and agencies.

H:6:3 - Summary reports will be released for publication by the
local media.
