Dear Hank:

At a recent meeting of the Liberal Arts Division, I was
directed by the unanimous vote of the faculty members to express
everyone's appreciation to you and all others involved, for the
excellent facilities provided in the new building on the New Westminster
campus.

Faculty indicated, during the discussion of the motion, how
comfortable and efficient the teaching and office space was, and mention
was made of the warm and effective colour schemes used.

It is my,wish to pass on to you and the others, the sincere
commendation of everyone in the Liberal Arts Division.
