Ss Mad Hatter | A Douglas College Newslette February 4, 1987 -SL EXCHANGE They crossed an ocean to study English in New Westminster and returned fo their native Japan with enhanced language skills and a greater understanding of Canada. Junko Ohta and Masao Ito travelled to the Royal City last September under an edu- cational exchange program sponsored by Douglas College.
