The cookbook, produced by the Health Sciences department, sold over 450 copies and raised $3600 for student aid. The newly established Health Sciences Bursary Fund, managed by the Douglas Col- lege Foundation, will provide bursaries for Health Science stu- dents at the College. The prize for selling the most cookbooks went to Marilyn World Open Heavyweight Competition Rainbow of the General Nursing faculty. She won a dinner for two at the Bavarian Haus in New Westminster. Nursing Nuggets contains over 200 recipes, from ap- petizers to desserts, and sells for $7.98. Copies of Nursing Nuggets are still available from the Health Sciences department.
