RULES OF ORDER

A. The Chair of the Council will be elected from the Council voting
membership for a one year term. A Chair may be reelected.

B. Minutes of previous meetings, plus agenda and agenda-related
documents, must be in the hands of Council members not less than
seven days prior to the meeting.

C. Traditional parliamentary procedure will guide the conduct of
Council meetings.

ATTENDANCE

Members are expected to attend all meetings of the Council. Absence
from three regularly scheduled meetings will constitute lapse of
membership, and require election of a replacement representative from
that constituency.
