The first two columns are headed "CEC" under which are
listed locations, and "RESP. NO." under which are four digit
numbers all beginning with "5".

The vertical lists are divided horizontally into three
sections, at the left margin of each are initials listed
vertically as under:

One of the locations, all the rest of which are recog-
nizable places like Surrey, North Vancouver, etc., is listed

Please, whoever sent this to me, let me know what Pe
all is. I have enough unavoidable problems to solve without
this gratuitous one! Perhaps I'd best just forget about it
and file it in the circular file (WPB)? But then I shall
worry that it might just be important .....
