Not tens: In response to questions about the services provided by the campus steno pools, the following are recommended procedures to follow: 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) 6) 7) 8) 9) 10) If you are resident of the same campus as your departmental steno, submit your typing requests to the departmental steno. If you are not a resident of the same campus as your departmental steno, submit a completed typing requisition (see attached) to the local campus supervisor or designate. If departmental stenos require typing assistance, they should submit work with a completed typing requisition to the local campus supervisor or designate. Completed typing will be placed in the appropriate mail slot or returned to your departmental steno's office (please designate). If you require additional copies, the steno pool will raise the required copies/requisitions and return the completed work where designated. If the steno pool is unable to complete the job by the time specified, you will be advised immediately. If departmental stenos are absent from work (holidays or sick etc.) and a substitute is required, contact your local campus supervisor who will endeavour to provide a replacement. In cases where the departmental steno is temporarily absent from her office (lunch, coffee etc.), the switchboard will take messages if you are unable to make other arrangements. ‘The steno pool is normally unable to provide personnel to cover temporary absenecs. If you require stenographic services for a College meeting, contact your local campus supervisor. If you are not satisfied with the quality of work or services provided please advise the local campus supervisor. The stero pools exist to provide support services to all departments in the College. Douglas opened the scoring after George Boon made a fine 30-yard run, was tackled on the opponents five yard line and passed the ball out to Russ Laurie who went in for the touchdown. | hme
