Kwantlen College: Welding Instructor

The Newton Campus of Kwantlen College has an
8 month temporary vacancy effective immed-
iately for a full-time Welding Instructor.

In addition to the instruction of students,
this position includes assisting in the
development and maintenance of curriculum.

Qualifications include: Valid welding certi-
fication supplemented by considerable repair
and production welding experience. Welding
processes covered are OAW, SMAW, GMAW, FCAW,
TIG and ACC. Previous teaching experience
and the ability to effectively transmit
knowledge to a diverse group of adult stu-
dents required.
