Speaker's Corner

Every Thursday from 1200 - 1400 hrs.
in the main concourse the Douglas
College Student Society will be
sponsoring a forum for all of the
College community to come out and
speak out on issues that concern them,

Speaker's Corner, the name of this
new forum, will facilitate more open
communication between students and
their senate, faculty, fellow stu-
dents and administration. There is
no Set topic for Speaker's Corner, it
is up to whomever is speaking; issues
may vary from educational concerns to
concerns about nuclear weapons.

Please come out and support this
new forum, either by speaking your-
self or questioning the speaker.

First Annual” Nordic
Ski Weekend People

Due to circumstances which have
threatened to encroach upon my over-
all mileage objectives for this
season, I am having to free another
weekend in order to meet them. I
have therefore decided to hold the
D.C. Second "Annual" Nordic Ski Week-
end next year. (When I am teaching
how to ski, I may not demo-ski beyond
visual range)!
