announces the opening of nominations for the position of
member at large to serve on the society's Board of Directors.
Candidates must have at least five signatures from the.
society's membership book and be signed members
themselves. Nominations close on April 2nd, 1987. Nomina-
tion forms are available in room 1602 on Wednesdays from

2:00 pm til 5:00 pm.

Duties of Member at Large

- Administer the affairs of the society
- Attend weekly board meetings
- Sit on committees as required

The seciety will be holding its AGM at
§ 2:00 neon on Thursday, April 16th, 1987 in
rm 1602. Allstudents are encouraged to att-
end and can register as a voting member by
signing the society’s membership book at
least 24 hours before the meeting. Constitu-
tional amendments and notices of motion
must be presented in rm 1602 by 12:00 neon,
