Jurving: Entries will be judged by three professional women knowledgeable in the field of photography: ® Marian Penner Bancroft — artist and photography instructor at Emily Carr College of Art; ® Claudia Beck — former owner/director of NOVA Gallery; ® Helga Pakasaar — freelance curator and writer. Works will be judged on the basis of artistic merit and adherence to a women’s theme. Framed exhibition prints of works selected by jury will be requested in early April. Prizes: Three works from the exhibition will be selected for a purchase award, and will become part of the British Columbia Art Collection. Exhibition: Decisions of the judges are final.
