Intramurals

Intramural indoor soccer is coming to a
close with the Championships on Dec. 12.
The P.E. students do most of the organizing
and all the refereeing for intramurals. |
certainly appreciate all the work that
Janet Blauum and Raj Sangha have put into
this Thursday time period. Especially
Janet who is also on the Women's Vol leybal |
team as well as acting manager.

Indoor Floor Hockey

Indoor floor hockey seems to be the

favored activity for next semester so let's
make sure that we have a staff and faculty
team. Register with either myself, Betty
Lou at 5338 or Steve Sale during registra-
stion week in January.

Room Hours

Weight room hours are 9:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M.

Mon. thru Fri. 10:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M. on
Saturday.

The weight room will be closed after
December 21 and will re-open on January 6.

Room 1317 has gym strip and towels for

rent as well as equipment for the gym.

The open hours are posted on the window
of Room 1317. This room closes at the

same time as the weight room.

Basketball Games Schedule

Basketball starts early in January with
games against Grand Praire on January 2
in the Douglas College Gym from 6:30 P.M.
and 8:15 P.M.

The Hockey team will attend the third
annual Cariboo tournament on January 3, 4,
and 5, 1986.

Volleyball starts practicing on January 3.

Have a Merry Christmas and see you all in
January.

students for special tours. They extend
an invitation to all at Douglas College to
come enjoy their Christmas displays and
