Canada Savings
Bonds

This year we will once
again be offering all regular per-
manent employees the oppor-
tunity to purchase Canada
Savings Bonds through payroll
deductions. The only change
this year is that if you agree to
purchase bonds you are locked
in until October 31, 1991.

The interest rate for the
new series of C.S.B. will be an-
nounced in mid October. Please
watch the newspaper for the
rate.

If you purchased bonds last
year they will be available for
pick up in payroll on Novem-
