COMMITMENT/ INSTRUCTION Close attention will be paid to providing a more adequate level of information and two-way communications regarding the Community Programs & Services Division Mid-managers will be consulted regarding examples of violation of policy. Changes will be implemented forthwith. There will be a review of the existing policy regarding time assignments, and the establish- ment of coordinator/convenor positions, and the application of these policies. Variations from policy will be eliminated, should they exist. Should policy prove to be unclear in intent, or not feasible, administratively, it will be changed. The matter will be drawn to the attention of the Divisional administrators for analysis and recommendation. Redistribution of administrative assignments can be considered and accomp- lished. Additional administra- tive positions will not be created. A review of structure and staf- fing of the Facilities Services Department will be made over the next 12 months.
