Well kids, the Fall Semester is in the bag. Soon,
many of you will be ditching the Gortex in
exchange for beachwear. While the lucky among
you work on their tans, the bravest of student
population will be signing up for another Tour of
Duty and traverse that challenge of extreme heat
and scholastics known as the Summer Semester.

I for one will be spending the summer
producing the paper from the brand new Other
Press SeaLab, which is located about 50 feet
from the New Westminster Quay. I am currently
gazing out of the window at the floor of the
Fraser River, which is naturally decorated with a
splendid collection of old boots and tires.

The paper publishes monthly over the sum-
mer, but don’t worry, we have many exciting
articles on the go.

If you’re interested in working down here, or
perhaps at our land-based publishing outpost lo-
cated in the ‘depths’ of the College, this is a great
time to get involved. Drop me an email and I'll
fill you in on what’s afoot.
