team of building service workers. Your
article in the November 7th issue of the
Mad Hatter was excellent. Perhaps, it's
time college administration/management
looked seriously at the staffing levels
and needs of this department. They
deserve more than a "pat on the back"!

FINANCIAL YEAR END

Ordering Classroom/Lab Materials Through
the Library

Faculty who order classroom/lab materials
through the Library are reminded that it
takes, on average, three months to receive
materials from publishers. Therefore, if it
is necessary that materials are received
by the end of March, we must send out the
orders by the end of December. Because of
the holidays, it is necessary to send your
requisitions to Library Technical Services
(Room 3100) before December 15th, so that
we can send out the orders on time.

LIBRARY CLOSURE

Please be advised that the Library will be
closed from Tuesday, December 24th, until

Thursday, January 2nd, 1986, inclusive to

allow all library staff to complete their

year's vacation allotment. If you require

AUDIO VISUAL EQUIPMENT

To maximize use of our audio visual
equipment and fulfil! more of your requests,
we have decided to try something new.
Equipment bookings that have not been
picked up within half an hour of the
advance booking time will automatically be
cancelled and thus be available for another
user, rather than sitting unused for
several hours.

We ask for your co-operation and hope that
this will help to improve our services to
you.
