Families willing to house a student for the six-week period will receive $240 in compensation. Host families would be expected to provide room accommodation, breakfast and dinner for the student. Lunches will be provided by the College. The object of the immersion program is to expand the students' ability to speak English and to give them an appreciation of B.C. and its people. WORLD UNIVERSITY SERVICE OF CANADA 1) We are now deep in preparation for a francophone China study tour this summer. This tour is geared especially toward students, to ex- amine their particular field of interest. Please encourage students to apply. Cost: $3,300. 2) WUSC is urgently recruiting one teacher of physics to complete our program in Cameroon. He/she would be required to teach physics at the "A" level (grade 13 - lst year university) at St. Augustines College, in the Northwest Section of Cameroon which is English speaking.
