To promote and teach the skills required ON-GOING to access library information. To review existing College curriculum 1985 to identify curriculum suitable for independent learning. To establish support programs/services, 1986 such as study skills, student advice, etc., to assist college students to take advantage of programs using independent learning techniques. To establish agreements with O.L.1I. 1984 and K.N.O.W. to ensure that distance education programs are available in the Douglas College region.
