New staff profile

As the old saying goes, if you
want to get something done, give
it to someone who’s already busy.
That sounds like Systems and Com-
puting Clerk Susan Greffard.

After only two years at Douglas
College, Susan graduated in 1990
with diplomas in both General
Studies and Information Systems
& Records Management. Her
strong interest in computers
began while taking courses such
as Introduction to Micro Com-
puters and Information Systems
during her first year. “There is so
much information out there, so
much paper - nobody has time to
get at it all and computers are a
tool that, if used properly, allow
easier access to it”.

During that time, she also
finished her certificate in Applied

Susan finds time for her
family. She is an avid gar-
dener, enjoys sewing and
has a passion for photog-
raphy: “I have hundreds of
photos, if there’s something
a bit weird, I'll take a pic-
