ENDACOTT Re: LOST OR STOLEN COLLEGE EQUIPMENT New I.C.B.C. regulations are making it very difficult to process insurance claims unless there are full details about the loss or theft. Firstly, it is important that the loss or theft be reported in writing to the local Campus Supervisor as soon as the disappearance is noticed. In your memo please include a description of the item(s) including serial or model numbers if possible and a brief report giving details of the disappearance, i.e. doors locked, time of disappearance, area searched etc. The Campus Supervisor will confirm the disappearance, advise the local police and forward details to this office. Your cooperation will be greatly appreciated, and will hopefully enable us to successfully process insurance claims. "R.R.
