ITIES AT DOUGLAS COLLEGE

Douglas College and its new sister
institution Kwantlen College, invite
applications from well qualified per-
sonnel and industrial relations prac-
titioners at both the senior and in-
termediate level.

Candidates must have related
university training or equivalent,
and in addition, a minimum of either
three or five years (depending uron
which level of position being ap~-
plied for) directly related person-
nel/labour relations experience. .

Responsibilities include all
phases of labour relations activity
(including collective bargaining,
grievances and arbitrations), de-
velopment of human resources policy,
recruitment, training, safety, bene-
fit plans, job evaluation, employee
records, etc.

Salary will be cammensurate with
experience and qualifications and an
attractive benefit program is
offered.
