Faculty Professional Development Survey Results: Faculty Professional Develop- ment, as an issue, is alive and grow- ing at Douglas College. Central in this assessment are rates of return of the recently circulated College Wide Faculty Professional Development Survey and responses in the survey. Not only has the rate of response increased from the last sur- vey, from 24% to 28% in February 1990 but also, in absolute terms the number of returned surveys has al- most doubled, from 72 to 133.
