LEGAL ASPECTS OF SPECIFICATIONS

This course is designed for estimators, suppliers, manufacturers, construction
superintendents, contractors, engineers, technicians, architects, clerks of
work, inspectors, and others who must deal with the legal aspects of specifications.

Those attending will:

a) Improve their specification reading skills for giving advice on contracts;
b) Learn more effectively how to read and administer contracts;

c) Become more astute at decision-making involving the seeking and letting out
of tenders.

When: Wednesdays, 7-10 p.m.
