10. Ranking:

a) Immediately following the interviews, the Committee will
exchange information on each candidate's application.

b) A vote will be taken on each application, to determine whether
it be accepted for further consideration or rejected and
therefore not ranked.

c) Accepted applications will be ranked.

11. Comments on each of the applications will be drawn together by the
Educational Leave Committee Chairperson or designate as the report
and recommendations of the Committee. This report will be
circulated to all Committee members for final comment before being
submitted to the President on February 28th.

12. Each applicant will receive a copy of the Committee's report.
