Mad Hatter Page 5 es a = DOUGLAS COLLEGE eli tna -AREHIVES | Saturday, April 23 Booksellers' Fair 12 pm - 4 pm Booksellers of new and second-hand books have been invited to tempt the public with selected wares - each bookseller displaying and selling books on special topics such as arts, philosophy, business, travel and many more. Book Production Displays and Demonstrations During the fair, visitors will be able to observe displays and demonstratimsof hand press printing, book binding and book conservations. These fine crafts will also be on sale. For the Kids A variety of classic comedy shorts will be shown in an area close to the fair from 1 pm - 3 pm to allow parents to peacefully enjoy the Book Fair and displays. True Confessions: Your Ten Favourite Books As part of the College celebrations and activities around National Book Week the organizing committee is requesting all faculty, staff and administrators to share with one another the titles of their ten favourite books. Choices should be based on personal enjoyment and significance. Please send your list to the Book Week Committee c/o Beth Bosshard by Friday, April 15. Don't be a coward!
