Primary Functions ¢ Curriculum Development — coordination and project management of provincial projects ¢ Human Resource Development - coordination and management of provincial services ¢ Resource Centre and Publications Operations The Centre is responsive to the priorities of the college and institute system, as identified both by the institutions and by the Ministry of Advanced Education and Job Training. By separate contract, the Centre also provides secretariat support to: * The Premier’s Advisory Council on Science and Technology ¢ The British Columbia Youth Council The Centre shares one instructional facility with Camosun College, which provides computer related training under contract to various downtown clients. Administration services are provided by contract with Camosun College. Centre activities are directed by a Board, including appointees of the British Columbia Council of College/Institute Principals.
