Lambton Coilege, founded in 1967, serves the Sarnia/Lambton
County area. One of Ontario's 22 community colleges, it offers a
wide variety of career-oriented programs in General and Applied
Arts, Business, Health Sciences, Vocational and Adult Training, and
Technology. Its Adult and Vocational Programs provide a wide vari-
ety of upgrading and retraining opportunities. The College has an
enrollment of 1,500 post-secondary, 300 adult training plus some
5,000 in Continuing Education and 2,000 in Industrial Training. Its
human resources include academic staff of 100 full-time and 200
part-time and 100.in administrative and support functions.

will be an educator capable of providing leadership and direction in
the planning, delivery and appraisal of the College's programs and
courses. You have excellent academic credentials and a successful
record of educational administration at post-secondary level. In this
sensitive position, superior communication and human relations skills
plus an outstanding capability in problem-solving are obvious re-

will be an individual with at least 10 years broad exposure to opera-
tions and administration. A qualified accountant or business gradu-
ate, you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of functions in-
cluding accounting, computer services, plant administration, funding.
personnel and purchasing. A proven record of successful manage-
ment in an academic or other sophisticated milieu is essential.
