She is responsible for the Bookstore’s internal billing, including sponsored student accounts and departmental charges. She also enjoys choosing greeting cards and gift items. Ryan Hill, Shipper/Receiver As the shipper/receiver for the store, Ryan is responsible for getting the books, stationery. clothing and other merchandise to the shelves, after being received and priced. He also does all the shipping out to publishers and mailing for distance education students. June Anderson, Bookstore Clerk And then there's June! Apart from the wisecracks, customer relations and sales responsibilities, cashiering duties are June's main concern. If you have a question, June can send you in the night direction or will know the person to see. She ts also responsible for the printing coordination of all Douglas College manuals. A @® Wrestlers in Cuba Douglas College wrestlers Yogi Johl and Rob Wellwood were part of the Canadian contigent competing in the Cuban Grand Prix Tournament in Camaguey, Cuba, which began on February 18. The event attracted many top wrestlers from the United States and former Soviet bloc, and was an important tune-up for this summer's Commonwealth Games in Victoria Maple Ridge’s Wellwood wrestles at 48 kg, the lightest division, while Vancouver's Johl competes in heavyweight.
