Departments providing services to support a contract
must be consulted during the preparation of the
contract. They will be reimbursed for services
provided.

All contracts must be approved and signed by the
Bursar. Each contract will be tabled at Management
Committee.

Where College credit is offered, the terms of the
Collective Agreements will apply. Where contracts
are credit free, the Community Programs and Services
Divisional procedures will apply.

Student records are the responsibility of the
Registrar's Office.

When a department is unable to fulfill a request for
contract services, the request shall be referred via
the appropriate Dean to the Dean of Community Programs
and Services.

Contracts developed prior to the adoption of the
above policy and regulations will be subject to the
terms and conditions under which they were negotiated.
