1. Appendices to relate strategies which have direct implication
for programs, budget, or facilities.

2. To show volume changes planned to current programs over 5-year
period.

Base Objectives:

3. Relationship between Base and Alternative program changes
will depend on:

- increase in productivity,

- shifts in program emphasis,

- inflation rate

- changes in non-provincial grant revenue.
