And the university is holding Open House '85 on Saturday, March 16th and Sunday, March 17th to celebrate two decades of growth and development at the campus on top of Burnaby Mountain. Everything from skydiving to probing the mysteries of the microchip will be featured at this year's Open House. Thrill to the chemistry Magic Show as chemistry professors mix up an entertaining show of explosions, strange glowing objects and odorous delights. Find out what kind of shape you're in by taking the kinesiology fitness test and if you don't quite measure up take part in a fitness workout or swim a few quick laps in the pool -- all free of course! Or, if you just care to browse, take in the Latin American handicraft display, browse through the museum of archaeology or visit the art gallery. Connoisseurs of wine can take part in the wine tasting market-research program put on by business administration students. And if saving money sounds good to you, take advantage of the bargains offered at the giant Garage Sale in the Chancellors' Gymnasium beginning at 8:30 a.m. Sunday, March 17th. Thousands of items including sports equipment, books, clothing, toys and office equipment will be on sale with all proceeds going to SFU daycare, athletics and student bursaries.
