Winnipeg in an Icelandic community, an old fisherman denied
his quota by the government, fishes illegally. He tries
desperately to keep a step ahead of the fish inspector, a
nagging daughter and the consequences of old age.

This program was initiated by the Clarke Institute of Psychiatry.
It discusses the causes and treatment of schizophrenia and
provides information about the types of assistance available

to patients and their families, e.g. medical, monetary, and
community-based support groups.
