Council’s Decision

On January 6th. the IRC ruled that the faculty strike vote was
"void and of no force and effect." It also ruled that the strike
notice given by the faculty association was "void and of no force

and effect."

Under this ruling, any strike, under the present circumstances

would not be in accordance with the industrial relations act or

regulations.

The attached is a complete copy of the decision made by the In-
dustrial Relations Council.
