7. (a) Programs, activities and events approved as co-spon
Douglas College have the same status as College courses and
programs and are not subject to rental or other charges. :
Co-sponsored status requires Dean level approval.

(b) Community non-profit groups may be charged only incremental costs |
(College out-of-pocket costs).

(c) Other users will be charged according to the College fee schedule.

8. Reciprocal agreements must be negotiated by the appropriate College
officers.

9. The College reserves the right to refuse any application for the use
of facilities, or change the space allocated, following the initial
confirmation of an application, in the case of a conflict with College
activities.
