Although only a small num- ber of people came, the glorious weather ensured that we all had a good time. Inside Douglas College is published weekly September through April and bi-monthly May through August by the Douglas College Public Information Office. Submissions are due Tuesday noon for publication the following Tuesday. Submissions are accepted typewritten or on floppy disk in WordPerfect or ASCIil format. Material may be edited for brevity and clarity. Tips, scoops and suggestions are always welcome. Please contact the Public Information Office, Room 4840, 527-5323 at the New Westminster campus. We hiked up the creek to Widgeon Falls, where Penny Swanson’s husband, Scott, and their two daughters, together with Elizabeth Michno, had a great time tossing boulders into the waterfall, and creating a cool shower for anyone in the vicinity. We hope to repeat the trip next summer, so watch for an an- nouncement in “Inside” if you are interested.
