New air tests in fall Follow-up testing of the air quality at Douglas College will take place in the fall, said Terry Leonard, Director of Facilities. "I know some people are concerned that testing at the end of March was done when the air conditioning was on. When the weather warms up, the chillers come on. The option will enable Financial Services students who have completed their first year of studies to be placed in 16-week job practicums with banks, credit unions and other financial institutions. Following the same guidelines as other Co-op programs in Business and Commerce, students would earn both salaries and program credits while working in the field.
