NOTICE TO ALL STAFF AND FACULTY

Group rate season and three-day passes for EXPO 86 will be available
through Douglas College in September. Sales are being co-ordinated

by the Personnel Department. Group rates apply to a minimum of 20
requests for each type of pass, purchased by the October 13th deadline.

Family and friends are welcome to participate. We also encourage our

retirees and their families to participate. Application forms and
information sheets are being mailed to all retirees.

GENERAL INFORMATION

- A Child Pass is valid for children 6 to 12 years of age, during
EXPO (May 2, 1986 to October 13, 1986).

- A Senior Pass is valid for persons 65 years of age and over, during
EXPO (May 2, 1986 to October 13, 1986).

- Children 5 years and under are admitted free.

- Group rates are available for purchases of 20 or more tickets or
passes. Tickets and pass types cannot be mixed.

- All prices, policies and programs are subject to change without notice.

- A Season Pass is a nontransferable photo ID valid for unlimited visits
to EXPO 86 during May 2, 1986 to October 13, 1986.

- Upon purchase of a Season Pass, you will receive a Season Pass
Certificate which must be exchanged for your Season Pass photo ID at
a designated Woodward's store.

ORDER FORMS AND AN INFORMATION SHEET WILL BE ENCLOSED WITH YOUR AUGUST
PAYCHEQUE. COMPLETED FORMS AND MONEY (OR VISA NUMBER) MUST BE RECEIVED

BY THE PERSONNEL DEPARTMENT NO LATER THAN 4:30 PM FRIDAY, OCTOBER 4, 1985.
THERE CAN BE NO EXTENSION TO THIS DEADLINE AS WE MUST HAVE THE GROUP ORDER
FORM AND MONEY INTO THE EXPO OFFICE BY OCTOBER 11, 1985 IN ORDER FOR THE
REDUCED RATE TO APPLY.
