The woman who is interested in a career in management needs an understanding of what leadership is, as well as the oppor- tunity to examine her personal leadership style and further develop leadership skills. This workshop-seminar is planned for women or men who want to evaluate and improve their leadership style. It will incorporate lecture presentations, group discussions and group exercises.
