LIBRARIES CHRISTMAS CLOSURE

 

 

The Libraries of Douglas College will be closed from
mid-day December 24, 1980 until 8:30 a.m. January 5, 1981.
On December 29, 30 and January 2, skeleton staff will be on
hand from $:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. On December 31, skeleton
staff will be on hand until noon.

If you wish to gain entrance to the Libraries during
these times, please contact your Campus Librarian in advance.

Regular insession Library hours will resume on January
12, 1981. From January 5 to 9, the Libraries' hours will be
8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; closed Saturday, January 10.

FACULTY RETROACTIVITY CHEQUES
AVAILABLE DECEMBER 12

Payroll has been able to make arrangements to have all
faculty retroactivity cheques available for distribution on
Friday, December 12.

Regular faculty will have their cheques distributed in
the normal manner on their campuses.

Sessional faculty will be able to pick up their cheques
until 2:00 p.m. that day at the New West Campus switchboard,
after which they will be put in the mail. The sessional retro-
activity cheques will cover the period April 1 - December 31.
Thus the normal end of December paycheque will be at the old
rate.

special "Pops" Concert on Thursday, December 11, 1980 at the
Italian Cultural Centre,.3075 Slocan St., Vancouver, B.C.
