The event will take place on Monday, April 19, from 4-7 p.m. in the Amelia Douglas Gallery at Douglas College’s New Westminster campus. Students, faculty, staff and family are invited to come and meet the writers, check out displays of their work, and network with colleagues who also support professional writing and communication. the program. “I think writers are a mix of masochists and narcissists because it takes so much effort, but we do it just to see our name in print.” The students have spent the past two years studying effective writing and editing, as well as fundamentals in print and web documentation.
