The Purchasing Department is located in Room 4840. The staff is always available to answer questions and invites inquiries about pricing, budgeting, and requisition procedures. Devona Davies, Purchasing Supervisor Devona supervises the day-to-day operation of the Purchasing Department. This means assigning jobs to her staff as well as consulting with people concerning the Department’s procedures and policies. Her duties include co-chairing the travel committee and helping members of other departments develop accurate budget predictions. Her local is 5367. Connie Frick, Buyer Connie is responsible for both purchasing the supplies the College needs and for finding the suppliers with the best prices. People wanting to know how a requisition is progressing, or how much a given item would cost, should bring their questions to Connie. Her local is 5441.
